Our expertise allows us to provide labor rates that reflect our extensive knowledge, while remaining among the most competitive in the industry. Our goal is simple: deliver top-quality service and solutions to every customer, every time.
Company Policies
- New Customers – All new customers will be COD (Cash on Delivery) until a credit check is completed. We accept company checks, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Zelle, and other electronic payment methods. Once approved, standard terms are NET 10.
- Government Accounts – We gladly accept purchase orders from Federal, State, and Local agencies, with terms of NET 30.
- Equipment Orders – A 25% down payment is required for all equipment orders to secure your order and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Bench Repairs & Shipping – Repairs can be shipped via the customer’s preferred carrier, selecting the most convenient and cost-effective option.
- Business Hours – Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Emergency Services – We provide 24/7 emergency callout services, ensuring you’re never left without support when it matters most.
